This is the kind of thing that inspires me untold amounts. where others would have given up, her drive, passion, and ambition have helped her overcome the horrific accident and subsequent disability.

I've seen a 14' shark while surfing once.
luckily it was a basking shark and they only eat plankton..

I'm sure duck diving with one arm is possible...hard...but possible..probably can't do it on big swells...i wonder why she doesn't use a prosthetic arm?

I just noticed that if you look at the bottom 2 pics you can see that she has some kind of strap attached on the nose which must help her to keep hold of the board when she dives.. I guess.

I noticed that too. There is one pic of her snowboarding where you can see her, I mean not see her left arm. If she had an arm... now I'm lost.

Yeah that must be it(The strap) because you really need to have your weight centered when you get up. For waves like this it seems possible but will she ever surf pipe again? I doubt it.
