Ok, so I got my first paying project. It's a real estate agents personal business website where she can post the houses she is currently showing. She wants me to take all the pics of the houses, and have creative control. My question is where do I start for pricing?
Thanks

don't work until you have an agreement, that's for sure. I'd charge as much per hour as you can reasnably charge, and a price per photo, and per update- I'm sure it will be updated often. Then for the identity you could negotiate a sum instead of an hourly wage, that way you get more $$- they don't know how long it takes.

I'd charge a percentage on each house you have to do... and possibly supply the design for free... with a contract drawn up that you do at least 10 houses... if you're successful, she is successful, and in turn you'll be successful...
plus it's a way of payment she'll understand.
