I just got with it... went on to get in a good college... showing my A-level work rather than my foundation work... Got a first... so 'FUCK YOU ***** COLLEGE'

:D James, similiar shit happened to me about six years ago when I applied to a Graphics degree at Glasgow School of Art. During the interview the tutor said and I quote " I like your work but we feel its just to graphic for our our course" ummm ok.

I just don't trust interviewers... they can get the wrong impression so easily... sat with someone for 10 minutes and deciding on their life just isn't the way to do it

I tried to get into a fancy art college painting program while living in europe. I painted everyday for three years, turns out I failed because "you're painting already on your own so why do you need to come to our school", that or I sucked. Could be I sucked. But, I'm glad now I didn't get in, my ego probably would've killed me (it happens).
