Quick InDesign Question

  A friend of mine has a small paper, they changed from Pagemaker to inDesign, The writers know to use codes like to get headers or paragraphs and stuff like that. Pagemaker would read and put the paragraph in the right font, size and all that. Now in inDesign it doesn't work that way.

  Can anybody help them/me out with some tips?

  You can set up character and paragraph styles. they work like a stylesheet basically. Not sure about the code stuff. I expect you can set default paragraph and character settings.
