what's the best way to sync up small sounds to little movements or events such as this.
is it better to do it dynamically
or to just plop it on the Timeline with event or stream? Should you preload these sort of things? etc.

Thanks goy, I am familiar with kenny, He is very helpful. I am more interested in personal experiences and what seems to work best of the different ways to accomplish what I stated above.
From my testing, it seems like dropping the sound on the timeline and streaming it works the best. not real confident on that though
