missed it last year cause i was to stubborn to give 'wanky designers my money" but heard great things and it was my own fault.. not this year :)

'wanky designers'? not sure why you say that. I have a lot of respect for those guys. would you prefer giving your money to some lame company who doesn't actually know about design? ie. Digit ;)

I was bitter cause i went to the iDN fresh conference, dont get me wrong there was a few really good speakers but most just stood up there showing us there website like we had never seen them before !
wwft, dik and wireframe studios were good but some of the others were yawn! But heard that semi permanent was alot more involving

yeah i agree. i went to both and it was exactly like that. Fresh was more about selling their work to possible clients i reckon. whereas Semi-Permanent was just young creatives talking about their stuff. there was no hard sell.
