Anyone know any good sites for renting in London ?
I know it depends on the area but will I be able to live in a reasonable part of London on £200ppw ?
Also can you actually buy anything half decent for £150,000 in London ?

You can rent my place in hampstead at the end of the month for £280 a week.
It's a fucking great place and right next to the heath, tube, and shops.
£150,000 will get you a lovely 2 bed house in lewisham.

yep. It's a beautiful, safe, quiet and green area though...
you could live in camden for maybe £40-£60 cheaper but why the hell would you want to!
imho - hampstead is the best part of london - it's like living in a little village - but you're only 10 mins from downtown.

Hell yes.... I wish earnt that much. I pay £350pm and the bathroom floor is starting to rise up because the shower leaks and you need shoes to use the sink because if you dont you get soggy socks.... that and you have to turn the boiler on manually so you freeze in the morning and when I piss in the toilet clouds of steam rise up.... it's like iceland in there.....£200 a week. Wow.

man u must have some kind of salary to pay that..
i pay 550 euros a month for a 1 bedroom flat with a huge balcony, top floor, no neighbours, right in the center, facing the old town and the sea..the world is crazy

i use to live in peckham rye .. south east..
i tell you.. i felt very ..white there.. not really safe.. at all
