Any ideas how this zoom-bloor dealy is made?
It should be mentioned now how much I appreciate all the talented individuals on NT. It is my own personal jesus christ.

Yeah, I figured they're png's offa AE. Just wondering on the AE effect really.

after looking again, it looks like it's just a motion blurred image with a mask in the shape of the circle that moves from the top left to the bottom right

I looked at it frame by frame (hold down print screen key to make the movie sluggish)
There is some odd magnification and a slight blur too. I think you're right about the Circle mask also.

could just be a short series of PNGs, starting with a very blurred version down to a clear image, with the circle masking moving from top-left to bottom-right as the PNG sequence plays

BTW, I couldn't really figure out how to navigate that site, if there is navigation. maybe it's cause i'm drunk lol.

Fluxen.org? He's got some damn pretty work, but the site is not real great at organizing info.
