I would make it like ratemyboobs.com but for drunks. Have a drunk of the month and so forth.. Then sale banners to Bud, Miller, etc.. That would be a goldmine.

I have tried that. Beer compnays dont like their product involved with 'Drunkness'. See all the Drink Responsibly,
Miller compnay actualy told me not to even have their beer on the site. Think about it. noone wants to think about puking their guys out when buying a 6-pack.
