I would say it's virtually impossible other than perhaps on eBay, Because if I'm not mistaken haven't they changed the design of the routes, and map?
But I'd if you do come across an outlet, please post it in here as I wouldn't mind one myself. I mean you can buy the London subway map, probably cause it is considered more iconic and cause it's so London, and still in use.
You might have to bump the thread for our Trans-Atlantic brethren, they may have the key.
