Maybe someone might have some insight from experience or knowledge.
I received an email the other day asking me to take my site of the coroflot firm listing. The reason for this is because the name of the email sender's firm and mine bear a resemblance. However he is in the US and I am in Spain. He claims that I need to take my site off any US listings. Now, I think Coroflot (core77) is US owned but I am certain they list international firms. Im not too worried but would like another perspetive. Any takes on what I should do?

If he has trademarked the name, and all names that sound similar to it then he probably has a right, but i doubt he does so tell him go suck a fuck

Tsk tsk, why don't he take his site off then?
Don't worry about the legal issues - I seriously doubt that he's trademarked worldwide (yeah, that's a pretty big thing to do), and if you're registered under "Spain" he should just shut his pie hole and quit disturbing you. If his clients are so stupid that they search for his business in Spain, this business isn't for him.
Worst scenario would be that he got mad at you for ignoring his requests and sign you up for porn spam.
