I have this problem with XP... When I look at some of my older pictures in thumbnail mode they aren't bright and vivid. It looks like there is a grey semi transparnt layer on top of them.
Does anyone know how i can fix this?
Thank you

pictures age, my friend. memories fade away down the everflowing river of time. What was once bright is now a dull reflection of its former self.
I have no idea

I think they are hidden files? That could be a reason for them being gray/transparent looking.
- Blueman0
no.. that's not the case at all. They are just older files. But they are not hidden.

solution time. :)
Highlight all the thumbnails you want to "degray" right click and select "refresh thumbnails"
Now what do I get? heh.
