www.spon.com
the montage shows the design work of the individuals prior to joining the company.
it is their work and many others involved, as well as the company who was hired to do it. should a company be able to be this vague about the work? how far can we stretch ownership of work.
you will see work by the attik, belief, v12, eyeballnyc, riot (gone) and more.
is this fair?

They have put
"Some of the work seen here is the past work of each individual done while they were employed at their previous unspontaneous companies."So whats the problem? If you were involved in a project with other people involved you have every right to show it in your portfolio, wherever you work. How else is a new company to start without showing there skills?.

doesn't the company who got the work, creative directed the work and all the other designer/animators - employees who worked on it deserve to be either credited or protected.
hypothetical.
10 people work on a project for a company. all leave and go to 10 different companies. each company promotes itself using the same piece of work. who takes credit?

also looke up that this company is 8 years old and part of a huge conglomorate of other companies under a giant corporation. there goes the "defend the little guy" idea.
