Flash to MPG

  I need to turn flash SWFs into an mpeg 1. I can use Flash to turn tSWFs into AVIs...

  So whats a good way to turn AVIs to MPGs?

  I think Screenblast from SONY does this well. This topic was discussed before, maybe try the dB. At least Screenblast can be used to turn video and audio into .swf in a nice way.

  Hey, thanks guys!
  It seems the 'Sorenson Squeeze 3.5 Compression Suite' is the only squeeze product that actually says it can turn AVI to MPG.

  and the Screenblast program says it can turn SWF into MPG. AND its $100 (vs. $450 for Sorenson)

  So unless I'm missing something, Screenblast sounds like what I need.
