If you're running OSX you can use WireTap, totally free, no time limits, records ANY audio coming through your speakers (DVD sound, RA feeds...)

Does anyone know if there is any software that can serve the strems but prevent (or disrupt) recording of the stream
I recorded something off the BBC website recently and when I played it back it had repeated false starts
