10 years ago when I started using Director (scary that is was 1994) I got the book director demysterfied... not sure if the series is still gonig or not... but it was a great book!
Infact it helped me travel the world.

since they make SOOO many right now - it's pretty much whichever one you can find.

no no... don't just go for any... I've got books that I just never could get into...
you need a balance of the basics/ versus a list of all the comands, with an example of each in use
