Try it. Amazes me that this is even allowed...
Simply right click on a SWF and choose 'decompile'. Then view the .FLR in Notepad.
Suggestion:
Go to your "temporary internet files" and copy a .SWF to your desktop and try it out.Is nothing sacred?
