Seriously though, make a scedule - keep things orgainzed into files for each client, use calendars and such and don't be afraid to post-pone projects.
Sounds like your best bet would be a PDA right now. You'd be surprised how much it does for you :)

i dont know, but the last thing you need is another gadget to play with, some people spend more time organising their organising on pda's than organisisng, if that makes sense
