i'm looking for fresh, unconventional web design(ers) for my company's site. the company is a creative advertising and design group of 7, so we need something that would suit us. we have no web design experience though. where should i look? some forums?

we are for real. well, still in brief preparation phase right now, but i'm looking worldwide for somebody to help me (can't find anybody suitable around here). what i need right now is perhaps a couple of cv, sites to look or something. maybe more about it over email...
