has anyone here worked for a company that has been caught using unlicensed software ?
is it just the boss who gets fined or do they go after the employees as well ?
I need to know for a paper I am writing .. thanks.

it is the company in general, not a particular person. the isp here was fined 90K for EACH violation. they had one license of xp for 100+ pc's. not too mention the rest of the software (adobe, etc).
