Yorkshire freelance rates?

  Do you freelance in Yorkshire, what is a reasonable yet decent per hour rate to charge?

  The company is in Sheffield. It's a four people PR company. They used to hire design companies to create the artwork but now they want a freelancer to go there and work for them when needed.
  They have some fairly big clients, though and seem to be moving up.

  Anybody working in a similar situation?
