Thanks for the quick reply, stewart, but this is all I see as choices under Quicktime movie
http//www.fatedesigns.com/choice...
I thought "Image Sequence" might work, but it just gave some error.
- stewart0
hmmm.
and if you choose 'none' there and after that save it as PNG in Photoshop or another editor?
- fate0
love to mate, but using shine and I need the transparency levels.
Thanks though. Shame I can't do it.
- stewart0
hm, okay.
i think you have to add the transparency after you exported from AE.
isn't that an option for you for this?
because in my AE if i export to PNG, i can't choose for transparency etc.
i can only do that in Photoshop.

you do :
make movie (control or command m)
then click:
output modulethen select:
PNG Sequence
and:
RGB+Alphadone.

:(
I don't have that option laurus.
What I do have are various odd formats. One of them, a "photoshop" format, includes RBG and Alpha, but when it's done, I still get flat files, as if they were jpegs or bmp's.
*sigh*

wat version of AE are you using? on pc or mac?

Pee-See
- laurus0
Strange, if you're using 5.5 or 6.0, Windows or Mac you should have that option. Maar wat kan ik zagen?
- stewart0
a transparant PNG looks like a "flat" document, but if you publish in a htmldoc you can see the transparency.
