my current email account is not working (and was hosted on a painfully slow server) and the customer/technical support was basically "oh well, not much we can do about it". Bloody useless! Does anyone know a GOOD free email service?

you can send 30mb with run box and recieve 100 or 200 mb

If you have control over the domain of your email address you could set it to forward to a free email service or something
I have a dial up service with ukonline which i use for my phone and have all my emails forwarded to that account.
It's all free to use and very reliable and no i do not work for them
