north, go for it. you know your linkage and seem to know shitloads about design.. decent design! unusual in here ;)
bunkum, thats a cool one too. what about 'prince'? could be a bit 'shrek' though

...and you're not doing yourself any favours by pointing out what you consider are your weak points, when you could quite easily turn them around into your strongest assets if you approach it right.

I live up north (Yorkshire) and have a few too many commitments to leave the shire just yet, but I'm sure Tonic is a wonderfully creative place to be, but I'm sure any chance of a job has gone out the window, based on how long I've been sat on here...ahem*...did someone say hard worker!

If you arrive at the interview with scones then your a certainty.

good pub opposite - Lord Stanley. I used to live opposite tonic, and spent much of my life in that pub

thats a good point - I wouldn't hire anyone off NT simply because I know how much time we all waste on this damn thing!!!

I'm sure there is a gin gag some where in that Kezza.

Are baking skills a prerequit? How about spelling? Puddings?
- North_20
Yeah, my grammar sucks on NT!!

i considered applying. no idea if im good enough, but apart from that i think ive got too much financial commitments to meet even now... and a move from edinburgh to london would just increase them!
take a chance north + good luck to you all.
it would be cool if someone from NT got it.

If you're not prepared to spend half your earnings on scones like Mr. T, puddings are readily available, but they have to be won by facing up to the challenge of regular quizzes. Quizzes which are less of a challenge now that I am leaving Tonic, and my pudding quiz crown.

Are you leaving sparks?...and why can I never see you on MSN?
- Solinque0
It's looks like one big happy family over there. Having seen their portfolio you can also tell they're professionals too...
I would stop waisting my time over here @ NT, and prep my e-mail or something.
By the end of the day they will have so many e-mails, they'' just not have enough time to check out yours... Once they found a good candidate off course.Laters

Oh well, I'll stick at the freelance then. :(

North
We appreciate that the work people end up producing is sometimes far removed from their potential. Personal work is a good thing to include in your folio if you think it shows your assets.
We all admire candidates who show a zeal for design and have the energy to design out of work if their job lacks fulfillment.
But as they say, it can't hurt to apply. We won't bite honest.
