I do find the nav a little hard to remember where I have been or not been. but I am drinking quite a bit of lagavulin tonight so it could just be me.
and yeah the preloader does look like it's going to do something, and then it doesn't.... made me a little sad :(

Yeah, I'm worried that if the menus list multiple places, it will be just as confusing. Maybe JavaScript is the answer.
Do you mean the Flash ad didn't work after the loadbar? That's weird. Do you have the newest Flash plugin?
