I have 10 years experience. Started designing my band's web site in '94 on a Mac Centris 610 19mz, 4M RAM 40 MB Hard Drive using Graphic Converter on a 2400 baud modem dialup account. Freakin' A. I don't know how I got anything done.

Hey. You need someone with like 5 years experience. The average joe with 8 designs sites like the one you have people sending resumes to. 5 means they get layout rules and whatnot as well as are young enough to have caught the flash wave and understand the importance of good animation.
