Hi
someone told me that in England, each person have to pay 125$ for each TV they own and this money go to the BBCIS IT TRUE ?

each household pays approx £120 for a license, this goes to the BBC.
The BBC does not have any commercials.

For each household. Not each TV. Cheaper if you have a black and white tv and free if you have no television at all.

slag_you_off, love 'em or hate 'em, BSkyB has the best News Agency in the world - constantly out beating the BBC, ITN et al, for the speed of news reports to the public. That said, do we, the public, really care about the odd minute or two delay in getting news! I'm talking more about the technology superiority that SkyNews has!!
