Printing question

First, a caveat - I have exactly zero print experiece so bear with me.
I'm making a small 4x6 inch calendar at 200 dpi. It's just your standard 13 pager (12 + cover) and I'd like to have it spiral bound. I've got a half inch black border around both the images and the calendar portions to allow for imprecise cutting. My question is will this be enough space to allow the spiral binding's holes to be drilled without comprimising the image/date grid? Looks like it should, but if anybody's got any experiece in this I'd appreciate it.Thanks!

Great, thanks.
I just realized and I should have included it in my initial post, but what's a good card/paper weight to use? I want it solid enough to not be destroyed in a bag.

100# cover for the cover
80# cover for the inside would be a good fit. cougar is a nice inexpensive paper
