as of late, i've been sleeping like a baby on my NASA certified tempur pedic ... so goddamn comfy.

dunno...i think its pretty weak to generalise such things. people are wired in such a vast array that i don't see how people can apply their limits to other people.
between the ages of 16 and 27 (approximately) the most i could ever sleep was 4 hours a night. people thought it was sick, but i felt great. now i need more, so i guess my body's changed.
u may need 8, but not everyone does. i still have occasional sleepless nights and that's ok with me ;)
