Intranet Calender?

  We are setting up a company intranet and want to have a calender on it. But we want to give people within the company the ability to login and be able to put in the days they will be off or other events. What is the simplest, most effective way to do this? Can it be done in Flash MX?

  Quick note: We are trying to achieve a similar feel to the calender in Entourage.
