XP Flash ?

Why when going to a Flash site on Win XP does it constantly say tranferring data from www.whateversite.com. Pretty annoying.
It's mostly on sites that load swfs. Anyone else have that experience?

Try to install a new flash player(Macromedia.com)

hmm, maybe because it IS transferring data... youve loaded the swf, but maybe not all of it.. mine does it to.. it no biggie

i've noticed that only when using mozilla/firebird.

Yeah it happens occasionally when opening flash files that doesn't have a preloader and/or you're on a slow connection.

yeah i've seen that happen on swf's that have been corrupted.

Firebird could be it. I'm using it at home and work.
It's definitely not the connection speed.

in firebird, my preloaders don't work as intended anyway... it goes through the loading process each time, but after the first time it's a cached copy, but it still plays the preloaders (quickly albiet)...
not sure why
