Mac Monitor as a TV?

I have a 21" graphite Mac Display. Is there any way to use that as a television. I am in the US if that makes a difference with the connection.

Get one from Japan. They're called "Telebi-box" here. I got mine for half that price (100$), and it's for both pc and mac.
It has video-in too, so I can put my ps2 in there and watch dvd/video at the same time
