Has anyone else gotten the message "This version of ichat av will expire in 10 days"?
Is apple going to make you buy it now like they did the .mac thing?
I can't find where you can download it for free anymore...maybe I just missed it?

iChat AV Beta UpdateThis post here is just to let those iChat AV Beta users know the status of their software. Apple originally told us that the beta software would expire December 31st, but they've released an announcement that says now the software won't expire until January '04.

iChat AV BETA, (for Mac OS X 10.2 Jaguar) was a preview of what's to come in panther,
now that it is expiring, you have 2 choices, Pay $25 for the full version or buy Panther $125
When Steve Jobs announced Panther and iChat AV he said that they were doing that and the main reason was to persuade more people to up to Panther

25 dollars for ichat? or 125 dollars for over priced nonsense. Panther is great for old machines, however lacks things needed to make it a worthy upgrade for those running on 10.2 or any version of system10 for that matter. All im trying to say is that I think you'd be better off with just the full version of iChat.
