Anyone used this service? Its like $85 to send your resume to all these recruiters. I'm already signed up on monster premium...just wanted to see if anyone knew if this service was worth it.

I dont know. I mean, paying to have someone look at my resume doesnt sound right.
The best way i've found work (before my current job) is through staffing agencys and temp places. Even before the job would be over, I would make connections for my next job.

yeah ... ^ that's how i got my current job. was supposed to be a 2 week thing at the beginning of October but I'm still here! crap this is that the agency takes a chunk of my hourly rate as their commission. oh well at least i'm not unemployed.

word of mouth, friends and colleaugue hookups is the only way to go. if you're good at your job you shouldn't find it hard to line up work in a decent city.
staffing agencies are decent, but i like to negotiate money issues directly with the client.
