The company I am working at is in need of Flash developers. It's contract work that should go til the end of march for the right worker.
What we are looking for is SOLID Actionscripting skills. We are using MX based AS and XML to drive the project. If you are very comfortable working with MX actionscript and have excellant Flash skills you should be fine. But we need someone to walk in and quickly get up to speed. Sorry, but we do not have time to train people how to actionscript, that skill is a must. If you are interested you will need to apply to aquent. Come in for an interview and let your work speak for itself.
Feel free to ask me questions.
Thanks,

Heres a link to a quick description:

I think this is the aquent listing.
Be prepared for background check and drug screening because some of the work is DOD, but I don't think this contract will require any serious looking.Heres a link to all the detroit aquent jobs. It's not really specific, but we need at least 5 people. http://www.aquentpartners.com/ca…
If we can find that many people with the skill were looking for.

You might not get the response you're looking for because a lot of developers are independant and don't really care to work through Aquent.

True, but its only for 3 months or so and for 20-30/hr they should be able to overlook that. The only reason we are using aquent is because they pre-screen applicants. We have had a few people that didn't have much in terms of flash skills when they got here. So we are trying to avoid that. I am contract, but not through a contract house, but they know my capabilities. If your solid in your skills, send me some links and a resume to my email and I will send it on to the right people. You might be able to go straight PO. but I can't say for sure. Really looking for solid work, not a lot fluff just straight up training development. Most have been set up and we have a good process, just need people to do a lot of work.
