Is it Pee-en-gee?
- jox0
..some people might even say "pings".. te-hee
- JazX0
a lot of times Flash will throw your exact .gif image off slightly, meaning you have to compensate for it when you develop it in PS and then export and import
- JazX0
yeah and people sday JIFF for .gif.
- Skylark0
So I would have to play around with the size a litle bit until i show correct? I been using jps...maybe png is better?
- JazX0
I would import .gif into FLash but make it slightly larger than what your actual size of your FLash dimensions are
- Skylark0
OK...thanks JazX I'll try that...f it work i might have t send you a t-shirt.

I think making the image 99% or 101% in scale does the trick...
- JazX0
that sounds even smarter
- Skylark0
arrgh...nothing works...
- JazX0
'm confused what you actualy need man
- abizzyman0
yeah.. unfit is right - I've read (and found this to be successful) that you can either scale by 1% ORRRRR... ( || for you nerds)
... turn the alpha to 99%. You won't be able to see through the image... but somehow it looks right. That's actually advice from one of the creators of Sofake.com.
cheers.
- JazX0
wow that sounds even beter hahaha
- Skylark0
well...if you look at the pic i posted...the circles for example looks like they are "cut" like flash dont display them in the right size...I dont now how to explain it better...
- abizzyman0
and MAKE SURE your images are in movieclips... not images resting on the stage.
if you don't embed - your image you will dread.
lame.
- Skylark0
tryed scaling with 99 % and so forth...did not work :(
- kevinv0330
hmm. i don't understand what ur saying...are u saying that the image is being "cropped" when u publish it?
- abizzyman0
don't scale. Leave it at 100%. Embed the image in a movieclip and then turn the alpha to 99 or 98% for the movieclip.
I'm out of suggestions after that.
