it wasn't even particularly aimed at you jon - it was an honest question because I am so sick of getting spam and wondered what PC options were - as it stands they do an XP version on that very site.
But thanks all thesame for being a right fucking prick about it - I'll make sure to return the favor soon.

a lot of hosts offer some kind of spam tool - just check around, there are lots of good ones - then if you're using outlook you can setup a rule to check for the spam info appecded to the header, move those to a trash file, and you're done. there are lots of options in the rules- play with them and you'll more than likely end up with something that works. I use spam asssasin, but alas, that's on a linux mail server.

I use Spamsieve:
http://www.c-command.com/spamsieā¦took me a bit to figure it out, but once it started working... it has been super sweet. i don't even remember what it was like to get all that junk mail.
