doesn't sound like you have a problem, just a twisted cycle. Force yourself to get up early, be tired for one day and get to bed early at night.
I know it's really hard to get up, but once you are, you're saved.

A simple dose of good exercise will do the trick. Knacker yourself out at the gym or run around a park. It's the only way to break a bad pattern. Join a martial arts school.

try some herbal teas
no marihuana - that will even keep you more from sleeping.

at about 7 pm eat a dinner of turkey and drink a box of white wine.. if that doesnt work take an ambien
