so when does it say .ps ???

it says .ps under file type....but it does save it as a .eps file i noticed but it won't open it opens it in illustrator but all i get is text that makes no sense

if you rightclick on an any image (jpg of gif) in IE and select 'save as' does it automatically try to save it as an untitled bitmap or dus it save as a jpg or gif?
