much better. you still haven't stated what sort of music they do - i'd have thought that was the most relevant aspect in your choice of design,
here's the logo we've just settled on for our similarily named company - http://www.headfunkltd.com. It runs a number of outlets and events centered around legal highs etc.

much better approach, at least everything seems relevant, i would still expand and explore even further, come up with some diff versions, but please, just post them in this thread...this is like the 5th thread you've started today about the same logo...

Seriously yahooo... sketch shit out by habd for awhile. Make a page of like 50 ideas and then go from there. Dont go straight into Illustrator.
