  Hey does anyone know where I could buy the plastic trays that are glued onto cardboard cd cases.

  So, you are looking for DigiPak supplies. A glue in tray.

  Uline doesn't show it on their site, but they have tons of stuff. I used to order in bulk from them all the time. Call them.
