Currently scouting for a new company that I can send out monthly HTML newsletters with. Has to be trackable, have placeholder sections where custom personal data can be fit into, and have a nice easy to use interface.
What do people use here?

I use a very excellent company called Emma. It rocks. You can track how many and who is opening, click throughs (even tells you who clicked where), who and how many forward emails to friends.
