quicktime save in netscape or ie

hi!
Does anyone knows how to save a quicktime movie or .swf file in netscape 7 or ie5 on a mac ?

because i dont own the mac so i use
the already istalled programs...i pretty hate netscape too but the problem still remains...any suggestion on ie5 ?

in ie find the url path of your file, press apple+m
doble click one of the file in the download manager
change the name, change the address, click reload...voilá

sorry but seems that doesn work for www.pleix.net/films.html cant find the url maube its because the java...

there is no cache on mac..listen kid click on the thumbnails and pull out the URL from there, then do what he said or preview a broadcast of the link in the PBS and just alt click and 'download link to disc'
