Will a dictionary teach me Style or Technique?
I talk to so many artists/designers who say they have a style yet their work is so inconsistent that maybe their good work are accidents and they are just lucky.

of course, if something comes from your soul, you should master the technique first.
so, let's say: given time, you enyone can master the technique, but not everyone finds a style from it.
