My PC doesnt not crash all that much, but it does have memory leaks, an accute ability to have and catch viruses, constant updates, windows that repeat, lock ups, and other bs.
Granted there are some crappy macs out there, I think I almost killed my last system running os 9.2, but I think OSX is a better more stable system, I prefer it
