last night I had a dream that I was in a giant glass building on a hill. I was naked sitting on a toilet. Sharon and kelly osborne walked in and I told them to leave. they yelled at me. I finished my business, jumped on a scooter and drove away.
I have never seen the osbornes.
I am delerious with the flu.
Is it reasonable for companies to expect front end developers to be highly skilled at database integration? what if I just know what its about and have experience designing with it? is it reasonable for these companies to expect a high skill level in both areas?

actually that dream was very symbollic of your real-life experience.
the osbournes were your bosses. the glass represented your confidence and the hill was the database technology. doing your thing up top was the current work that you do. asking the osbournes to leave was saying that you aren't comfortable with databases and don't want to learn them.
