copy and paste mac

  wtf, everytime i copy form word into fireworks or flash i get garbage, is there any other way, need i type the whole mofon thing again....

  i find that if i copy from a word doc, it goes all wacky, but if you copy from word THEN paste into text edit THEN copy from text edit and paste into flash = fine
