Oh Apple. You've done it this time. I ordered a laptop on Sunday at about $1300 and got double MF*ng double billed. Since I was purchasing with money from my insurance company to replace a stolen laptop I had only the exact amount.
On hold now with a 13 minuite wait time. 13 minuites that unavailable funds charges keep racking up.F*ing Idiots.

no. didn't submit twice. I've just spoken to someone ( who put me on hold again. another 15 muintes aparently) who said that one thing was a pre authorization transaction and the other the actual amount. Said that one of those should disappear after 24/48 hrs. . . mean while my unavailable funds charges keep compiling.
damnit!
