i know these are lame, but some client wants one of those downloadable desktop animations where someone dances or a logo animates on your desktop..
any idea how to make these? somehow seems different than making a screensaver..am i right?

oh come on..its a job. perhaps its possible to do it in a slightly more tasteful manner than usual.
i apologize for not being able to turn down every 'wack' thing that comes my way with money in its clammy fist.

dunno, but i´ld say make a .swf and embedd it in HTML, set the dynamic desktop on an put the HTML as desktop,
.. not good?
