Client site updating

  Anyone have any ideas on best/easiest ways to create an HTML site for a client that includes a form of some type that they can edit viewable site pages/info from?

  Someone who I might do work for wants to be able to have links and pictures to info on cars that his lot is selling, and links to their e-bay sales.

  I'd like to think there's a way with PHP or the like to have a form that will allow them to update text descriptions and add urls, as well as a way to remove these.

  Any ideas? :)
